Bob is President of the Ridge and Valley Conservancy, a land trust in northwestern New Jersey, and has worked with Conservation Resources (a non-profit that supports environmental groups), the Land Conservancy of New Jersey (a land trust that assists communities with land preservation), and The Heritage Conservancy of Doylestown, Pennsylvania (which protects land and culturally important sites). He also serves as the Program Officer for Land Conservation for the Peter and Carmen Lucia Buck Foundation, which provides support to land conservation organizations in the Hudson River Valley of New York and in Connecticut.  Bob is a hydrogeologist with over 30 years professional experience, having served as section chief in the Water Resources program within the New Jersey Geological Survey.  Bob lives on a horse farm in northwestern, New Jersey with his wife Cindy and an assortment of horses, dogs and cats.
