BRENDAN J. KILEY

Brendan Kiley is a 20-year veteran of the technology, data center, and corporate real estate industries. His data center and technology experience began in 1999 advising corporate clients on their digital communications strategies, as part of MCI WorldCom’s Major/National Accounts team. Focused on data center solutions with MCI’s partner Digex, this experience would lay the foundation for his work today.

Transitioning his expertise into the commercial real estate market with Newmark Knight Frank in 2007, Brendan worked on one of the top performing teams in the United States year in and year out, developing strategies to optimize their corporate client’s office and data center operations. In 2012, Brendan was recruited by the founders of Phoenix-based IO Data Centers, to lead their East Coast business development team. He developed their strategic partner ecosystem of technology consultants, managed service providers and integrators, driving opportunities to IO’s global portfolio of data centers. 

Brendan is currently partnered with Greener by Design, creating strategic partnerships to expand their data center practice. He is also partnered with CohnReznick’s Corporate Infrastructure Team, a strategy and operations consultancy specializing in the assessment and optimization of operations, technology and real estate.
