Chief Counsel
Chris Orlando is a partner at Greener by Design and serves as Chief Counsel. He is currently involved with all of the legal aspects of the Microgrid projects to ensure compliance and a smooth interface with the all the parties involved. He has served as the Executive Director of the Camden County Improvement Authority and managed the Community Development Block Grants (“CDBG”) and First Time Home Buyer programs in partnership with HUD, Camden County and municipalities within the county. Previously as Camden County Counsel Mr. Orlando worked with various State agencies on behalf of Camden County, including the Civil Service Commission, Division of Community Affairs, and New Jersey Division of Pensions and Benefits.
